·小型哺乳动物分类、系统进化与生物地理研究:以食虫类、啮齿类等小型哺乳动物为研究对象,结合形态、生态和遗传等数据对这些类群进行分类和界定,构建物种系统发育关系,并结合现有化石记录、地理分布、生活习性等信息,探讨其起源、分化与扩散过程及其驱动力;
·哺乳动物多样性分布格局、驱动机制及保护:以我国代表性山地(横断山区、东喜马拉雅地区和皖南山区等)为哺乳动物为研究对象,在详细物种调查的基础上,结合环境、气候等因子从多维度探讨其多样性分布格局的形成和维持,探索适合不同物种的保护策略。
